Compliance.
The immigration industry is regulated in New Zealand. You should only take immigration advice from licensed or exempt individuals. Not doing so can place your visa application at risk - it can either get returned to you by Immigration New Zealand or it can get declined because the unlicensed individual doesn’t have the right immigration knowledge or skills to assist you.
