Meet Carmi.

Carmi is originally from the Philippines and relocated to New Zealand in 2019 with her husband and young son. After earning her Master's in Business Psychology and working as an Associate Manager in the aviation industry, she discovered her passion for helping migrants navigate New Zealand immigration law while working as the Immigration Operations Manager at a local recruitment company.

Her warm personality and ability to connect with people have allowed her to build strong, lasting relationships within the community through her immigration work. Having gone through the immigration process herself, Carmi understands the challenges migrants face and provides personalised, relatable advice to make the process smoother for her clients.

Carmi is currently working towards completing her Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice at Te Pūkenga. When she’s not working or studying, she enjoys spending time with her family at home and watching movies on Netflix with a cup of her favourite almond latte in hand.
